WEBMASTER Note: most files are posted in "pdf" file format - for "Portable Document File". The most common program used to open these files is the well known Adobe "Acrobat" Reader, which is available fo free. Most PC users are aware and use this program. It is very simple to downlad and install. In reality, the Adobe software company provides ACROBAT for free in order to create interest in their many other commercial software products.
